RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Behô jewellery pieces are made with natural gemstones. As with any natural material, each stone is unique, and its tone, size, and shape may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. We believe these natural variations are part of what makes each piece special — however, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it.

 

Returns

We accept returns on items purchased through our website within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Returns requested after 14 days may be considered only with prior approval from management, and exchanges will be subject to availability.

 

Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Bespoke (custom-made) items

  • Pieces made in 9, 14, or 18 carat gold

However, we are happy to offer free resizing for these items.

 

Condition of Returned/Exchanged Items

All items returned for an exchange must be in perfect, unused condition, with no visible signs of wear. If an item shows signs of use, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange or return.

 

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email beho@behostudio.com including:

  • Your order details

  • The reason for your return or exchange

Once your request has been approved by our team, please send your item back in the original shipping box or padded envelope, clearly marked:

“No Commercial Value / Return”

Exchanges & Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, we can offer an exchange for a different size or style subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

 

Shipping Fees

If your order has already been shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation email, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

If the item is returned due to a valid claim (e.g. incorrect item, faulty item), the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded.

 

Processing Time

Once your exchange or refund has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account or for your replacement item to be dispatched.
