This Exclusivity Agreement is entered into between Beho Studio ("Seller") and Harald Schön ("Buyer"). The Seller and Buyer have mutually expressed their intent to enter into a bespoke jewellery agreement concerning the following custom-made product: Product Details: ● Item: Wabi Signet Ring ● Material: 9-carat yellow gold ● Stone: Raw emerald ● Size: 61 EU / 9.5 US ● Total Price: £850 Terms & Conditions 1. Deposit & Order Commitment By placing this order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. This non-refundable policy covers the Seller’s incurred costs, including services and payments made to third-party business partners. 2. Returns & Exchanges As each piece is meticulously crafted to the Buyer’s unique specifications, the Seller is unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or modifications once the order has been confirmed. The Buyer acknowledges that the custom-made nature of the jewellery prevents its reintegration into the Seller’s inventory. 3. Payment Terms ● Payments shall be made via the Seller’s website or through PayPal transfer to Beho@behostudio.com. ● The Seller shall issue an invoice promptly upon receipt of payment. ● In the event of contract termination, all outstanding payments remain due. ● The Seller reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover any unpaid fees. 4. Shipping & Collection ● The Buyer acknowledges the necessity of timely collection and agrees that the Seller shall prepare the order for collection or shipment within 21 working days of order confirmation. ● Ready for collection by: March 5, 2025. ● Should any shipment delays occur, the Seller will notify the Buyer and provide regular updates. ● The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures. ● If the Buyer requests expedited shipping, any additional costs incurred shall be borne solely by the Buyer. 5. Taxes & Duties ● The Buyer shall be responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or levies associated with the purchase. 6. Warranty ● The Seller provides a 12-month warranty commencing from the date of product delivery. ● The Seller guarantees that all items are delivered in new condition and free from material defects. ● If a defect is identified, the Seller shall be afforded the opportunity to rectify the issue at no additional cost to the Buyer.
