RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Behô jewellery pieces are made with natural gemstones. Like any natural material, each stone is unique and the tonality, size and shape may vary a bit from the website pictures. 

We believe that these differences add a unique feel to jewellery, but if you are not happy with the item you received you can return it. 

We will accept returns on items purchased through the website within 14 days of receipt of purchase in new condition. Beyond 14 days and with prior arrangements from management we may allow exchanges subject to availability.

We don't accept returns in Bespoke items and items made in 14 and 18 Carat Gold. We can re-size any of these jewellery pieces free of charge.

Any products sent in for an exchange must be in perfect condition and unused, without any visible signs of wear, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange. If you wish to start a return please email beho@behostudio.com letting us know why you want to change your items.

Once we received the item and the return has been approved, we can exchange items to another size or style, if available in stock. If we don't have availability of the required product, the refund is made using the same payment method used at purchase.

If the shipment is already sent and the customer has received a confirmation mail regarding this, Behô Studio will only issue a refund of the amount excluding shipping cost when the shipment is returned. If the item is returned due to a claim, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded. 

 After your exchange or refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, it may take up to 10 business days before you see the money back in your account or you receive your new item.
