The Wabi signet ring is the last one of the breath collection. It is inspired by Wabi-sabi philosophy, which believes life and art are beautiful not because they are perfect and eternal, but because they are imperfect and fleeting.
This classic wabi sabi ring is made from Sterling silver, featuring a simplistic design that embodies the spare beauty of Japanese philosophy. The brushed surface gives a natural, timeless look, sure to be treasured for a lifetime.
With all our imperfections we made our Monogrammed Signet Ring, which has its own flaw but is still a great piece of art.
Wabi originally described the loneliness of living in nature, far from society; Sabi meant lean or withered, a flower past its bloom. But during the 14th century, the two words began to take on more positive meanings, with Wabi describing the more positive aspects of living alone in nature: a quiet, rustic simplicity. Sabi, on the other hand, began to find beauty in old age, in a weathered character, focusing instead on the serenity that can come with time, when inevitable wear becomes a patina, and scars become signs of experience.
This ring is made in 3 different materials, we make it on 9kt Solid Gold, Sterling Silver and Gold Vermeil. It has a 1-year guarantee and lifetime assistance.

I'm a designer passionate about nature and people. In every single thing I design, there is a lot of me and a lot of others. Part of the work is made in my studio in South East London, and part of the work is made by other artisans in South America, my second home. We make sure all the process is ethical and each crystal has been sustainably resourced
