Amethyst, Peridot & Aquamarine Ring

  • Product Description

A beautifully colourful vintage gemstone ring, featuring a rich purple natural amethyst surrounded by vibrant green peridots and delicate pale blue aquamarines, all set in warm yellow gold.

Hallmarked in Birmingham in 2005, this distinctive ring brings together three beautiful gemstones in an elegant, symmetrical design.

At its centre sits an oval-cut natural amethyst, displaying a rich violet-purple colour. On either side, two pear-cut peridots add a fresh green contrast, while four round-cut aquamarines introduce subtle sparkle and soft blue tones.

The gemstones are arranged in a balanced cluster setting, with the aquamarines positioned between the central amethyst and the peridots. Delicate gold claws secure each stone, allowing their individual colours and shapes to stand out.

The slender, polished yellow gold band complements the colourful arrangement without overpowering the gemstones.

      Design & Craftsmanship:

What makes this ring particularly appealing is its combination of three contrasting gemstone colours.

The deep purple amethyst creates a striking centrepiece, while the green peridots bring brightness to either side. Four smaller aquamarines complete the composition, adding a delicate touch of pale blue.

The arrangement creates a graceful, almost floral silhouette, giving the ring character without making it overly elaborate.

Its slim gold band and carefully arranged gemstones make it an attractive choice for those who appreciate colourful jewellery with a traditional design.

A Piece of British Jewellery History:

Assayed in Birmingham in 2005, this ring represents a charming example of early 21st-century British jewellery.
The combination of amethyst, peridot and aquamarine gives it a distinctive appearance, making it a lovely addition to a vintage jewellery collection or an alternative to more conventional gemstone rings.
